You may need to resend a supplier invitation when:
- A supplier can't find the original invitation email.
- The password set-up link in the original invitation email has expired.
- The 'Contact Email Address' was entered incorrectly.
- A supplier has requested for the invitation email to be sent to a different email address.
How to resend a supplier invitation
To resend a supplier invitation, please follow these steps:
- Select the supplier's profile you would like to Resend the Invitation for.
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the Request Form.
- Select the Resend Invitation button
A new copy of the invitation email will be sent to the email address listed as the 'Contact Email Address' in the Request Form.
