In this article, you will learn how to reset a password on behalf of a supplier. This applies to the internal users to the customer, a supplier resetting the password for themselves, or a supplier resetting a password for another 'Supplier Admins' that has access to the profile.
To reset a supplier's password, please follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Contact & Account Information' tab in the Data Framework.
- Scroll down the tab to the 'Supplier Admin Users' pane.
- Find the correct Supplier Admin email address in the list you would like to reset the password for.
- Select the 'Reset password' button on the right side of the screen.
An email will then be triggered to the email address listed, providing them with a link to reset their password.
