How is a Supplier notified of their invitation to Canopy?
When a supplier invitation is sent, the supplier will be notified of their invitation via email.
The Supplier will be notified to log into the system via email containing a link to log into the system and create a password.
Once logged into the system, the Supplier will be presented with the data framework containing mandatory questions required to submit the data.
When does the link in the invitation email sent to a supplier expire?
The invitation link sent to a supplier will expire after 3 days.
If a supplier clicks on the link after the expiration date, they will be presented with a message providing them with a link to log into the system, and log in via the 'Forgot password' route, to create a password to the system.
