In this article you will learn:
What can the Business Owner see
What can a supplier user see
The supplier is unable to see their risk assessment.
What can the Requestor see
The Requestor is able to see the initial risk outcome that is determined during the Request Process. This allows the Requestor to gain some understanding of the potential risk the supplier they are choosing may pose the business.
However, this risk assessment is not complete, as no information has been collected from the supplier or external third party sources at this stage.
The final risk outcome is not visible to the Requestor.
What can the Business Owner see
The Business Owner can see the risk assessment at any point as the supplier moves through the lifecycle. This allows the Business Owner to gain an understanding of the specific factors that are contributing to the risk.
What can an Approver see
The Approver has complete visibility of the risk a supplier poses to the business, and the specific factors in the assessment that are contributing to that risk. This is necessary to allow the Approver to conduct a thorough review of the Supplier Profile before the supplier is approved.
What can an Admin see
Like the Approver, the Admin has complete visibility of the risk of a supplier, and the specific factors that are contributing to that risk.
