It is likely that the supplier will need to call on different people within their organisation to complete their profile on Canopy successfully. To facilitate this, Canopy allows suppliers to add multiple users to their account, with permission to view, edit and submit data to their customer.

As a supplier, how can I allow another member of the business to access the profile?
Access to a Supplier profile in Canopy is managed in the Contact Information & Profile Admin tab, under the Supplier Admin Users section:
A Supplier Admin is a user on behalf of the supplier's business who has access to the system and can edit and submit data on behalf of the Supplier.
There must always be at least one Supplier Admin Account to a profile, for a member of the business to have access to and submit the data.
