How to email the Customer's Support Desk
The Customer's Support Email is the same email address from which you receive notification emails from Canopy. Simply reply to one of these emails, or copy the email from the 'From' address field.
If you are able to log into Canopy, you may also find the Customer's Support Email by following these steps:

- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Need Help? section
- Here you will find the email address to use if you require assistance
