It is likely that there will be multiple Approver teams involved in the approval of a Supplier Profile. Canopy facilitates that all of these teams work collaboratively to approve the information that is relevant to them. As a result, you will only be responsible for a subset of the approval requirements you see on the Supplier Profile.

When a supplier is in Under Review or Final Approval status, as an Approver you will see all of the fields of information that require approval. This includes the fields you are responsible for, and those that are the responsibility of other approvers.
The blue icon and number at the end of each tab indicates the number of fields requiring approval, in total. However, not all of these fields will be your responsibility to approve.
How to change the view to only see the approvals relevant to you
You can filter the list of questions to just show those that are requiring your approval.
