Suppliers are informed by email when they have action to take on their profile in Canopy.
If a supplier does not respond to the initial notification, they will be sent a reminder email every 7 days, until they login to the system.
Furthermore, if the supplier logs in but does not submit their profile, they will be sent a reminder email every 7 days until their profile is submitted.
The email will be sent to the Supplier Notification Email. It is vital the supplier keeps this email address up to date, so that they can be sure to receive these notifications.
