You can easily identify what suppliers are yet to log into the system via the status of the supplier.
When a supplier invitation has been sent, but the supplier is yet to log into the portal, the status of the profile will be 'Invite Not Responded'.
You can have a view of all suppliers in this status by either using the Supplier Status filter on the home page, or downloading and filtering the Onboarding Report.
Filtering the Supplier Status on the homepage
To filter the Supplier status of all suppliers, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the advanced filters on the home page.
- Filter the Supplier Status to 'Invite Not Responded',
You will then be presented with a list of all supplier profiles in this status.
Identifying the supplier status via the Onboarding Report
To download a report of all suppliers in the Invited Not Responded status, please follow these steps:
- Download the latest version of the Onboarding Report, via the Reports menu.
- Filter the 'Supplier Status' column in the Onboarding Report to 'Invited Not Responded'.
You will then be presented with a list of all suppliers in this status.
