You can reset your password as a supplier or internal user to the customer in the same way.
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
- Click 'Forgot login details' on the login screen.
- Enter your email address and select 'Submit'. (Please ensure this is spelled correctly before submitting).
- Go to your email inbox, and select the email you would have received from the system.
- Click the link provided in the email to reset your password.
- Enter a new password into the 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields. Please note, when creating a password, it must contain; at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character, and must not be equal to your last 3 passwords.
- Select 'Submit'.
Once submitted, you will then be logged into the system, and the new password will be set.
