Email reminders
As a supplier, you will be informed by email if your profile is at risk of falling non-compliant. A sequence of emails will be triggered, starting 14 days before the expiry of any critical dates or documents, which are sent to your Notification Email.
If you are not receiving these email, but believe you should, please check the following:
- The Supplier Notification Email address, listed on your Supplier Profile, is up to date. Click here to find out more about how to do this.

Supplier status
Another way to tell if your profile has fallen non-compliant is to log into Canopy and check your Supplier Status.
If your profile has fallen non-compliant, the Status will read 'Non-compliant', indicated by the text in the red bubble
Please note, there is no means of knowing if the profile is in a Caution state.
