Commonly, a supplier may report that they are unable to submit their profile due to either of the following:
- Error messages are appearing in the Data Framework.
- Error messages appear in the Review tab when attempting to submit the registration.
- An error message appears when entering data into a field.
If a supplier reports that they are unable to submit their registration, it is best practice to check the following:
- Whether there are any errors on the profile to indicate whether any mandatory questions need to be answered.
- Whether there are any errors on the profile to indicate whether any data needs to be amended for a field to be validated.
- If there are no errors on the profile, check that the supplier has a secure network that they have tried to log out and log back into the profile, and they have selected the 'Submit registration' button via the 'Review' tab.
