How to find contracts from the Contracts menu item
The Contracts list visible in the top menu bar provides a list of all contract records across all suppliers contained within Canopy. You can use this to manage contracts across the whole supplier base, and quickly compare and contrast contracts from different suppliers.
There are various options to find a contract. By default these are:
- Search by Supplier Name. This will pull a list of all contracts attached to that supplier.
- Search by Contract Title. This searches the name of the contract, and will pull a list of all contracts that meet the criteria you enter.
- Filter by Contract Status. This will filter the list of contracts to match the selected status of the contract.
- Filter by Renewal Date. If a contract has an end date, the renewal date is the end date less the notice period, being the date by which the contract needs to be renewed or notice given. Please click here for more information about how the Renewal Date filters work.
Once you have found the contract record you are looking for, click on the record to take you into the Suppler Profile, where you will be able to see the full contract record.
