Canopy holds a lot of sensitive supplier information, such as bank details and compliance assessments. As a result, it is important you consider which user role(s) in your organisation should be allowed to have access to the data contained in your reports.
To set user access permissions on a report, follow these steps:
- Select Reports from the top menu bar
- Select Reporting Suite from the dropdown menu
- Find the report in the table. Click the Edit button on the right hand side
- Refer to the Report Details section
- Under Report Access Permissions, use the table to select the user role(s) who should have access to the report
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes. The changes will immediately take effect.
Please note, users with permission to access the report will be able to download, but will not be able to edit.
