How to understand the Audit History report
What is the Audit History feature?
The Audit History feature allows Admin users to see the history of changes to a specific data point on a specific supplier, whether they were an update or creation action, plus the date/ time and action taker.
To find the Audit History of a data point on a supplier profile, please follow these steps:
Note: Only Admin users have access to this feature.
- Find the relevant supplier on which you would like to find the history of a data point via the home page.
- Navigate to ‘History’ on the supplier profile, then ‘Audit History’ at the top of the page.3. Search for the data point you would like to find the history for via the ‘Data Point’ picker:
Note: The names of the Data Points in the dropdown are the Policy Title of a question, which can be found via the editor. They are in the same format as the Data Points in the Reporting Suite.
4. Then, select the ‘Download Report’ button to download the history report:

- Time/ Date stamp: This contains the time and date of the action taking place.
- Data Point: This contains the Data Point selected, which is identified using the ‘Policy Title.’
-

Note:
If a change to a data point was via a data update performed by OCG, then the ‘Modified’ column will clearly state ‘Edited by OCG’.
If a change is caused by a user who has actioned a workflow (e.g moving a submitted value to Published by Publishing the supplier), the column will display the user's email address that actioned the workflow.
